It’s time to take advantage of our perfect weather and get these walking groups started. Each week, we will offer three walking groups on the following days and times:
Tuesdays at 9am
Wednesdays at 11am
Thursdays at 4pm
We will be leaving the studio promptly at those times so please try to be there 10-15 minutes prior to the start time so we can be ready to… go. Unless it is raining buckets, we will be holding each group as scheduled. Please dress accordingly. Layers are important as are good walking shoes…know that we will work up a sweat and get those heart rates going! Please bring water and anything else i.e. inhalers, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc… If you have a heart rate monitor, it is encouraged that you wear it during these walks but this is optional.
We can’t wait to get these walks started and help you reach more of your fitness goals.
