A Few Recipes
Saturday, October 3rd, 2009As most of you know, it is hard for me to get excited about something and not share it. I have recently been looking at my diet and recieving some excellant advice and guidance on what works best for my body. I found out that I have some food intolerances but the main thing is to eliminate refined sugar (Karma really is nasty). This has been made easier by a couple of recipes that were given to me, I love these and wanted to share them with you, please share yours on the forum page if you have them. Love Ya Amber

Use as breakfast cereal or for snacks.
