Good morning. This is my first post ever.
Just wanted to share how pleased I am with the pregnancy class and how the class has changed my body. During pregnancy my stomach wall separated. Although completely painless and somewhat normal, mine separated far enough that people were thinking surgery was needed to repair it. Amber and I worked very diligently and it appears my stomach has knitted back together.
Thank you Amber!
Breathing techniques in class were brilliant during labor as well.
I originally came on here to see Amber's Blog and pick up the truffle recipe. Here is a staple at our household for snacking.
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
2 Red peppers
1 can Garbanzo beans
Juice from 1 large Lemon
2-3 Tbls of Tahini
Salt to taste
Olive Oil
Roast (Broil) the peppers in the oven with a little olive oil and salt until the majority of the outside of the peppers are black.
Blend in food processor all ingredients until very smooth. Add a little olive oil to the mixture at a time if it needs to be thinner (shouldn't have to add much as the lemon usually is enough).
Of course you garlic fends can add garlic as well.
Hope you enjoy, we sure do.
